Set up

  1. Will my team and I be trained on the software?
    Yes. Blue CRM can train your staff either at our HQ in Reading, or at your offices. Blue recommend all software users undergo at least one days training. Back to top

  2. Will Blue CRM assist in installing the software?
    Yes. Our IT support team will assist in installing and setting up the software. Back to top

  3. How many logins will I receive per licence purchased?
    You will receive two logins per licence which will give you access to monitor up to 500 users. The licence will be renewed annually. Back to top

  4. How many of my staff can I monitor on one software licence?
    You can monitor up to 500 users at any one time on the system. Back to top

  5. What hardware do I need to run the Blue CRM software?
    A PC with Windows XP or later with internet connection, running Microsoft .Net framework, or a recent Apple Mac. Back to top

Using the service

  1. Will I receive free software upgrades as and when they are available?
    Upgrades will be available to partners as and when they are released. Gold members will receive the new version of the software. Back to top

  2. Is the software compatible on both Apple and Microsoft Windows operating systems?
    Yes, the software is compatible on both operating systems. Microsoft XP or later. Back to top

  3. Can I track other GPS devices, other than my mobile phone?
